Our Adventure Begins!

We left Oregon in late December to head to Phoenix for Daniel's next job. We enjoyed a mild winter where we spent our days playing outside in the sun and picking oranges from the trees in our RV park. Here are some pics of our road trip from Oregon to Arizona. Bye-bye Oregon Coast....we will miss you! (More pics of Arizona to come)...

 

Life on the Oregon Coast (Summer 2009)

Though we didn't have our trailer yet, our first travel assignment was in Florence, a small and beautiful town on the Oregon Coast. Here's where we first fell in love with Oregon, and probably why we came back so soon. The summer was cool and perfect and our days were filled with hiking adventures and chasing our son and dog on the beach. Aaaaahhhhhh, I can still smell the salty air and feel the breeze.

 

 

 

We also celebrated Moss's 1st Birthday here. He wasn't into his cake, but he did like his presents. He was really into anything that rolls and still is. We also had a fun party at Uncle Bart & Aunt Kristen's house with his cousins. I can't believe that was almost a year ago! For his 2nd birthday next month, we are planning a trip to the coast so we can have a day to play at the beach.
